Terms & Conditions
Learts - Terms & Conditions
By registering yourself or your child at Learts, you accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) and agree to them as an ongoing agreement between you and Learts (“Agreement”).
The Agreement is made between the parent/guardian (“Parent/Guardian”, “you” or “your”) of each enrolled child (“Child”, “Student”) and Learts (“we”, “our”, “us”) trading as Learts Theatre, Learts Creatives, Learts Creative Studio, and Learts Creative Cafe.
This Agreement remains in place at all times until such time written notice is given in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
